Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Dollard Thursday, October 12th , 2023 He may only be 24, but Taylor Dollard of the Oklahoma City Outlaws has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the International League. The reliever was today named the INT Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2023. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 35 saves in 55 relief appearances and 45 strikeouts in 60.1 innings. He had a record of 3-7 to go with his 2.98 ERA. He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 16. Luis Garcia of the Hershey Bears finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Shawn Armstrong of the Fremont Dukes finished third with 3 first place votes.
