Logan O'Hoppe Captures INT Outstanding Hitter Award Sunday, October 15th , 2023 The manager of the Niagara Falls Rapids said he thinks Logan O'Hoppe is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 23, but it will be hard to top the catcher's 2023 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the International League Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .339 batting average and a .401 on-base percentage this year. In 116 games he piled up 148 hits, 17 doubles, 1 triple, 26 home runs, 81 RBIs and 74 runs scored. He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Francisco Alvarez of the Kansas City Stars finished second in voting, while Connor Norby of the Tallahassee Tigers finished third.
