EL Outstanding Pitcher Award Announced Friday, October 13th , 2023 The votes have been tabulated for the 2023 Eastern League Outstanding Pitcher Award. It has been given to Nathan Wiles of the Reading Roughnecks, who piled up 11 wins this season with an impressive 3.55 ERA. In 27 starts Wiles had a 11-4 mark with 108 strikeouts in 159.2 innings. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 12.
