Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Eichhorn

At the young age of only 26, Brian Eichhorn has been named the Northwest League Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2023.

The future appears bright for the Yakima Yaquis relief ace, who captured the award with 19 saves in 33 relief appearances, 57 strikeouts in 39.1 innings and a record of 4-3 to go with his 1.83 ERA.

He received 12 first place votes out of a possible 16. Patrick Smith of the Salem Vampires finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Beck Way of the Bellingham Vipers finished third with 2 first place votes.
