Vientos Goes Deep Twice in 7-1 Stars Win
Mark Vientos was instrumental in his team's 7-1 triumph over the Los Angeles Spirit. The first baseman hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Cincinnati Stars. The Stars improved their record to 28-37 with the win over Los Angeles.

With Cincinnati leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Vientos hit a sinker from Patrick Sandoval for a 3-run home run. It was his 16th home run of the season and put the Stars ahead, 5-0.

"We're in a little bit of a dry spell," said Los Angeles manager Bobby Kirkpatrick.
