Millers Pin 3-1 Loss on San Francisco
|
In a tight tilt between the Minnesota Millers and the San Francisco Dragons, Taj Bradley was the deciding factor. The Minnesota right-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. In 5.1 innings, Bradley surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Brad Keller was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities.
With one out in the bottom of the second, Miguel Amaya put Minnesota in front, 2-0, with a 2-run single. The Millers went on to win the ballgame.
"Taj made the big pitches when he needed to," said Minnesota manager Pierre Duschesnau.
The setback makes San Francisco 41-28.
