Hogs Get Past New York, 5-4
Toronto and New York duked it out and the Hogs came out victorious.

The Toronto Hogs locked up a win at Sony Park, knocking off the New York Sharks, 5-4. On the mound for Toronto was right-hander Kevin Gausman. He played a major role in the triumph. Toronto pitcher Ryan Borucki got the win. He's now 4-3. Anthony Bender was tagged with the loss.

Chas McCormick was the walk-off hero for Toronto. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Hogs left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Kevin was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Toronto manager Anthony Cepparulo.

After today's action, Toronto sits at 57-72, while New York falls to 67-61.
