Dragons Win at Home, 4-2

Texas got a decent performance from pitcher Tobias Myers, but it wasn't enough to beat the San Francisco Dragons. San Francisco won the Pac Bell Park contest, 4-2. Myers threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. San Francisco starter Framber Valdez was credited with the win after throwing 109 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 12-8. Mason Miller notched his 27th save in 30 chances.
Jose Ramirez, who finished 2nd in the UL in stolen bases with 34 in 2020, helped out the San Francisco cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Ramirez.
The first-place Dragons, at 79-51, lead the Federal League Western Division by 3 games.
