McClanahan Takes Chainsaw to Philadelphia Bats in 5-1 Win
The Tampa Bay Bandits picked up a win at Citizens Bank Park, dropping the Philadelphia Phalanx, 5-1. Shane McClanahan, who leads the FL in complete games with 1, was the difference-maker. The first-place Bandits, at 86-49, now lead their division by 19 games.

McClanahan was in the zone all game. He frustrated Philadelphia hitters while giving the Bandits 7 innings of quality work. McClanahan threw 103 pitches, allowing 5 hits and getting 12 punchouts.

"I executed the game plan," said McClanahan.
