Bulldogs Use Late Score to Top Sharks, 7-6
Led by Ben Rice, the Georgia Bulldogs defeated the New York Sharks, 7-6. Rice went 5 for 7 with a home run, 2 doubles, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 4 for the Bulldogs. The winner in relief was Coleman Crow. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. He now owns a record of 1-0. The win puts Georgia at 1-1.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 15th. With two out, Rice hit a changeup from Yusei Kikuchi for a solo home run. The Bulldogs, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Rice said.
