The performance of Michael Busch proved critical in helping Minnesota beat Montreal, 7-5. The Millers designated hitter went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Minnesota goes to 6-1 with the win.
Miguel Amaya was 1-1 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Minnesota. The 26-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Will Vest. It was his 6th RBI of the season.
