Target Field was the site of a competitive game between the Minnesota Millers and Seattle Sting.

The Seattle Sting locked up a win at Target Field, knocking off the Minnesota Millers, 5-3. On the mound for Seattle was right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto. He played a major role in the triumph. Trevor Megill picked up the save, his 3rd.

The Millers had trouble solving Yamamoto, who surrendered no runs on 1 hit over 6 innings.

"Yoshinobu was in attack mode," said Seattle manager Jesus Cardiel.

The Millers drop to 4-7 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2026 season.
