Seattle Slaps 7-6 Loss on Bronx
The Seattle Sting topped the Bronx Bombers, 7-6, with center fielder Daulton Varsho playing a big role. Varsho was 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Sting in the win. Trevor Megill nailed down his 5th save. The Bombers drop to 6-9.

Gage Workman helped out the Seattle cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 3-run home run. For the game, the third baseman went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"Nothing is scripted in this game," said Workman.
