Hogs Need Extra Frames to Get Past Titans
The performance of Rafael Marchan proved critical in helping Toronto beat Houston, 7-5, in 10 innings. The Hogs catcher was 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Kenley Jansen earned the save for Toronto, his 6th of the year. The Hogs, now 13-4, have hit the ground running this season.

Christian Yelich came through with a big-time hit for Toronto. The designated hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 7-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

In postgame comments to the Toronto Today, Yelich said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
