Tatsuya Imai pitched well, but the San Diego Snakeyes still fell short, losing, 4-2, to the Minnesota Millers at Target Field. Edgardo Henriquez snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-0 on the season. Tatsuya Imai suffered the loss. San Diego is 9-8 after the defeat.

The Millers got a big at-bat from left fielder James Wood. For the game, Wood went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Minnesota a 4-2 lead.

"We did enough to win," said Wood.
