Snakeyes Get Clutch Win Versus Cincinnati
The Cincinnati Stars could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Caden Dana into a win. Instead, the San Diego Snakeyes prevailed, 5-4. Dana threw 7.0 innings allowing 3 runs. San Diego goes to 10-9.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when San Diego catcher Harry Ford, facing Ryne Stanek, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Snakeyes the 5-4 win.

"We couldn't have scripted it any better," Ford said in his postgame press conference.
