Shane Baz was locked in. The right-hander led the Baltimore Wildcats to a 5-3 win against the Cincinnati Stars at Great American Ball Park. Drey Jameson closed it out for his 2nd save. The loss drops Cincinnati to 14-8.

The Wildcats got a big at-bat from shortstop Diego A Castillo. For the game, Castillo was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Baltimore a 2-0 lead.
