The Philadelphia Phalanx topped the Anaheim Diamonds, 8-4, in Federal League action at Citizens Bank Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Philadelphia pitcher Logan Allen. Philadelphia right fielder Alex Kirilloff helped the Phalanx go up, 2-1, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Kirilloff hit a run-scoring single off Anaheim pitcher Taijuan Walker.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Kirilloff told the Philadelphia Daily.
