Oakland center fielder Wyatt Langford made his presence felt in the 8-6 Roses triumph over the Chicago Explorers. Langford slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Raisel Iglesias closed it out for his 12th save. Now 21-6, the 2026 Roses have been sensational so far.

Langford contributed in the bottom of the fourth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Oakland get the win.

"If it's down the middle," said Langford, "you might as well hit it."
