Great American Ball Park was the site for Federal League action featuring the Cincinnati Stars and San Francisco Dragons.

The San Francisco Dragons beat the Cincinnati Stars, 10-4, at Great American Ball Park. San Francisco center fielder Harrison Bader led the way. He was 4 for 4 with 4 singles. He drove in 3 runs. Dustin May, the winning pitcher, improved to 12-6. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 7 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 2.

San Francisco catcher Willson Contreras contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the third. With two down, he hit a fastball to right-center field for a 2-run double. It was his 17th double of the season and put the Dragons ahead, 6-0.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Contreras. "You've got to get results."
