Bandits Pull Out Late Win, 5-4
The Tampa Bay Bandits overcame a pretty good performance by Toronto third baseman Rafael Devers, beating the Hogs, 5-4, at Tony Gwynn Memorial Field. Devers went 2 for 2 with 2 singles and 2 walks. Tampa Bay reliever Matt Strahm snagged the win, upping his record to 6-2. Jordan Hicks shouldered the loss. The win for the Bandits lifted their record to 92-55.

The decisive blow was delivered by Austin Riley in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 29-year old right-handed pitcher Jordan Hicks to win the game for Tampa Bay. The home crowd went nuts.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Riley told the Tampa Bay Chronicle.
