The home crowd had a good time watching the Cincinnati Stars and Boston Minutemen get after it.

The Boston Minutemen used the hitting of designated hitter Trevor Larnach to subdue the Cincinnati Stars, 5-1. For the game, Larnach was 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Boston pitcher Hunter Gaddis earned the win, hiking his record to 6-4. Tylor Megill suffered the loss.

Shortstop Xander Bogaerts made an impact for Boston, when he swatted a run-scoring triple off Tylor Megill in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Bogaerts was 1 for 4 with a triple.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Bogaerts said.

The loss makes Cincinnati 69-83.
