Snakeyes Rally to Nose Past Pittsburgh
Behind a fine performance from Jose Caballero, the San Diego Snakeyes knocked off the Pittsburgh Ironmen, 4-3. Caballero went 3-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Snakeyes. San Diego reliever Yennier Cano picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Andres Munoz was saddled with the loss. With the win over Pittsburgh, the Snakeyes improved to 16-17.

Harry Ford was the walk-off hero for San Diego. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Snakeyes catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Pittsburgh skipper Ryan Morneau, "and it cost us."
