Bandits Stumble, Fall to Jaguars, 7-5
Portland and Tampa Bay duked it out and the Jaguars came out victorious.

Though he had a terrific game, Aaron Judge could not prevent his team, the Tampa Bay Bandits, from absorbing a loss. Portland won the game, 7-5. Judge was 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The winning pitcher was Chris Sale. He's now 4-3. He went 6.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 9 hits for the Jaguars.

Dillon Dingler took Tampa Bay hurler Graham Ashcraft deep in the bottom of the sixth. His 3-run home run put the Jaguars on top, 5-4. In all, Dingler had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

Portland manager Darren Meserve was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.

The Jaguars sport a record of 13-21.
