The Washington Hitmen banked on Kodai Senga and he turned in a masterful performance. The right-hander kept the Carolina hitters in check. The final score was 3-1, Hitmen. Senga, now 3-4, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 9, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Chase Lee closed it out for Washington, earning his 1st save.
