The Houston Titans converted a terrific effort from starter Aaron Nola into a win over the Phoenix Firebirds at New League Park. The Titans won the game by a final score of 3-2. Houston is now 22-14, while Phoenix is 17-19.

Jordan Westburg was the walk-off hero for Houston. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Titans second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

After the game, Houston manager Stephen Strzepek applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
