Sharks Rally Late to Clip Anaheim
New York and Anaheim duked it out and the Sharks came out victorious.

Anaheim got a big-time effort from pitcher Tyler Glasnow, but it wasn't enough to keep the New York Sharks from winning the game, 2-1. Glasnow threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. With the win over Anaheim, the Sharks improved to 16-21.

New York got a knockout punch from Kerry Carpenter. The left fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

Carpenter called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
