Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Philadelphia Phalanx and Carolina Riptides.

The 4-3 Philadelphia win over Carolina was due largely to Alex Kirilloff. The Phalanx right fielder was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Philadelphia reliever Lucas Erceg picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Phil Bickford was saddled with the loss.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 12th. With two out, Kirilloff hit a fastball from Phil Bickford for a solo home run. The Phalanx, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Kirilloff.

The Riptides, now 20-17, have lost 5 straight.
