The Bronx Bombers picked up a win at Magnum Stadium, topping the Carolina Riptides, 5-0. On the mound for Bronx was right-hander Tanner Bibee. He played a principal role in the triumph. The winner was Bibee. He threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Tarik Skubal. With the win over Carolina, the Bombers improved to 77-83.

The Bombers got a big at-bat from center fielder Tyler O'Neill. For the game, O'Neill went 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 16th home run of the season gave Bronx a 2-0 lead.
