June's Best Rookie Named by UL Tuesday, July 1st , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, John Rave had few peers in the Union League last month. The gifted center fielder for Bronx tagged opposing pitchers for a .354 average and was voted the Rookie of the Month for June. Included in his stats were 35 hits, 6 homers, 19 runs scored and 23 RBIs. So far this season, Rave is batting .264 with 10 home runs, 35 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has 79 hits in 299 at-bats, 26 walks and a .321 OBP. Rave has played in 76 games. |
