Deal: Mullins for De Los Santos Saturday, July 5th , 2025 New York and Carolina announced today in a joint press conference that 30-year old minor league CF Cedric Mullins will be going to the Riptides in exchange for 22-year old minor league 1B Deyvison De Los Santos and 23-year old minor league 3B Cayden Wallace. "It'll be exciting to join a new organization," one player said. "Some of us could use a fresh start." The players have each passed physicals and are expected to report by day's end. For the year, Mullins is batting .230 with 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and 40 runs scored. Currently De Los Santos has 3 home runs and a .145 batting average. |
