Toronto-Georgia Brawl, Devers and Strasburg Suspended Monday, July 21st , 2025 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Toronto-Georgia contest at Eddie Matthews Stadium. The Hogs Rafael Devers and the Bulldogs Stephen Strasburg will have to sit out 4 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. At present, Devers is batting .280 and has collected 13 home runs, 60 RBIs, .329 OBP and scored 42 runs. This season, Strasburg has rung up 8 wins and 6 losses in 20 games. He has an ERA of 4.99 and has fanned 105 batters in 113.2 innings. |
