Alvarez 5-for-5 for Tampa Bay Thursday, July 24th , 2025 It was a big day for Yordan Alvarez and he brought the Tampa Bay Bandits along for the ride. Alvarez led his club to victory, 16-6, over the Oakland Roses at Fan's Ballyard, smoking Oakland pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 28-year-old left fielder later called the victory "sweet." Yordan Alvarez hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Luis Severino in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Jakob Junis in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
