Thrice Is Nice: Reynolds Unloads 3 Homers Sunday, August 3rd , 2025 Bryan Reynolds went on an explosive hitting spree against the New York Sharks at Shark Stadium, launching a trio of blasts to help the Denver Bears win, 21-10. The left fielder finished 4-for-6 with 4 runs scored and 10 RBI. "It was just one of those days," Reynolds said in a postgame interview. "I don't know how to explain it. I'm just putting a good swing on the ball." New York skipper Nick Ruport said Reynolds was "locked-in." "We made some pretty good pitches," he said. "Those first two homers were exactly where the pitcher wanted to put them. He's just hot right now -- you've just got to tip your hat to him." Bryan Reynolds flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Tanner Houck in the 6th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Ben Kudrna in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Bailey Ober in the 8th. For the year, Reynolds is batting .277 with 26 home runs. |
