More Woes for Dragons Shohei Ohtani Thursday, August 14th , 2025 San Francisco starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani has suffered a setback in his recovery from a severely strained hip muscle. According to Dragons officials, he will be out of action for 2 months. "Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Ohtani will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters. In 10 starts this season, Ohtani has chalked up a 5-3 record and a 5.33 ERA. |
