Texas's Austin Riley Injured Thursday, April 17th , 2025 Austin Riley of the Texas Vipers was injured in today's game against Washington and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a fractured rib, and he is expected to be out for up to 4 weeks. It happened while Riley was colliding with a player at a base. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." This year, Riley has hit at a .327 clip with 17 RBIs, 5 home runs and 12 runs scored. |
