New York-Los Angeles Fight Results in Suspensions Saturday, August 30th , 2025 Mark Canha of the New York Sharks and Shinnosuke Ogasawara of the Los Angeles Spirit will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Sharks-Spirit game at Nike Field. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Canha and Ogasawara will begin serving them soon. So far this season, Canha has put up a .333 batting average with 30 hits, 1 home run and 8 RBIs. This year, Ogasawara has compiled a 3-6 record with a 4.64 ERA in 13 starts. |
