More Woes for Bombers Gary Sanchez Thursday, September 4th , 2025 Gary Sanchez, catcher for the Bronx Bombers, was making great progress in healing a concussion according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Gary was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 5 weeks before he will be able to rejoin the club." This year, Sanchez is batting .226 with 16 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
