Javier's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Wednesday, September 24th , 2025 It was learned today in Los Angeles that starting pitcher Cristian Javier would miss more time because his recovery from shoulder inflammation was not going as well as expected. The Spirit, however, were quick to relay that the setback did not seem to be serious and that Javier would only miss 8 months more. Cristian Javier is expected to undergo surgery in Los Angeles(California) tomorrow. This season, Javier has fashioned a 0-6 mark and 7.57 ERA in 54.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .261 against him and he has logged 52 strikeouts. |
