FL Names Best Player Monday, September 29th , 2025 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Tampa Bay's Yordan Alvarez put up last week were the envy of the league, as Alvarez came away with Federal League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 10 hits in 22 at-bats, 6 home runs and 12 RBIs last week as he posted his .455 batting average. This season, Alvarez has hit at a .301 clip and produced 127 RBI, 49 home runs and 116 runs. |
