PoorBoys Clinch Wild Card Tuesday, September 30th , 2025 They won't go into the Continental Baseball Association playoffs as odds-on favorites, but the Montreal PoorBoys still like their chances after capturing a wild card playoff berth. "We feel good. We obviously wanted to win the Federal League Central Division, but we still feel we have what it takes to make a run here," said shortstop Gunnar Henderson. "If we can win this thing, no one's going to care that we didn't win the division." The club will be vying for its 1st Continental Baseball Association championship. |
