Tampa Bay Takes Round 3 Tuesday, October 21st , 2025 The sweet swing of Yordan Alvarez has led his team through the Round 3. The Tampa Bay Bandits star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Boston Minutemen to advance to the Round 4. The Bandits won the final game at Fenway Park by a score of 8-2 and the series 4-1. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Alvarez. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Alvarez hit .292 with a .320 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Tampa Bay Bandits don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Oakland Roses - Seattle Sting series. Oakland leads the series 2 games to 1.
