"It means I'm wanted somewhere. At least one team sees potential in me." Those were the comments heard after the Anaheim Diamonds came to an agreement to deal 34-year old minor league 2B Ildemaro Vargas to the Chicago Explorers for 29-year old 1B Sean Bouchard earlier today. The deal is expected to be formally announced later this evening. Lifetime Vargas has connected for 13 home runs, hit .252 and driven in 87 runs. Taking a look at his lifetime stats, Bouchard is hitting .260 with a total of 64 home runs. |
