Trouble in Texas, Phillips Suffers Setback Friday, March 20th , 2026 Evan Phillips's return to the Texas Vipers has been delayed. The 31-year-old reliever has been in treatment for back spasms and was responding well until he suffered sharp pains during a light workout. Upon examination by team doctors they reported that there had been further damage and Phillips will not be back as originally diagnosed. He will now be out at least one week. |
