France Tabbed as April's Starter of the Month Friday, May 1st , 2026 The Houston Titans celebrated today after the news filtered through the clubhouse that J.P. France had been selected as April's Union League Pitcher of the Month. France's zest for the game has been a frequent topic on the sports pages and his numbers of late have made his fans even more enthusiastic.
