Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 4 Games Monday, May 4th , 2026 The fans at Citizens Bank Park saw it all yesterday in the Bears-Phalanx game -- pushes, shoves, scuffles, a few tackles, a few swings, a few feeble punches -- and a baseball game, too. When the ruckus was over, only two players were sent to the showers by the umpire crew. Denver's Samad Taylor and Philadelphia's Kevin Ginkel were ejected from the game. Today the two players were suspended 4 games by the league commissioner. Currently Taylor has 1 home run and a .261 batting average. To date this year, Ginkel has fashioned a 2.08 ERA over 13 innings with a 0-1 record. He has made 16 relief appearances with 16 strikeouts and 1 save. |
