Taveras Cracks 5 Hits Thursday, June 25th , 2026 Leody Taveras did a number on the Spirit in the 8-5 Anaheim victory -- and the number was 5. The Diamonds center fielder banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Angel Stadium of Anaheim to lead his club past the Los Angeles Spirit. "I felt good in the batter's box," he said. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Leody Taveras singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.
