Detmers's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Wednesday, July 1st , 2026 After being examined by team doctors yesterday, Firebirds starting pitcher Reid Detmers was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to 2 weeks because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. Detmers is recovering from an oblique strain. Checking out his stats for the season, Detmers has registered 5 wins and 6 losses in 16 starts, posted a 5.19 ERA, and struck out 97 batters in 85 innings. |
