Hogs Stephenson Suffers Setback Saturday, July 4th , 2026 The Toronto Hogs trainer was the bearer of bad news today, as it was learned Tyler Stephenson's injury will keep him out of the lineup for longer than expected. The Hogs catcher is being treated for a strained quad. During a routine exam, Stephenson's condition was found to be worse than originally diagnosed and he is now expected to rehab at least another 2 weeks. This season, Stephenson is swinging the bat at a .266 pace. He has hit 7 home runs and scored 33 times, while driving in 38. His on-base percentage is .330 and he has played in 66 games. |
