No Late-Season Magic Coming: Toronto Out of Playoffs Friday, October 2nd , 2026 The mood in the Toronto Hogs clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Hogs starting pitcher Foster Griffin. "Nobody to blame but us." The Hogs have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 15 years as a Continental Baseball Association franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2023. |
